 Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the roofing job which your firm completed yesterday. I particularly like the way the peak of the roof was capped.
I obtained bids from other roofing companies for the same make of shingles, etc., which were slightly higher but very competitive pricewise. I chose your firm and am very pleased that I did as you did everything you said you would. In fact you provided a few services which were not included in our contract which prompted my writing this letter.
I particularly appreciated your staying on the job, making sure everything was done just right. Too often companies just rush through a job as all they are interested in is getting their money. Hopefully, I will be as pleased with the job ten years from now as I am today. We have a great deal of high winds up here which can play havoc with a roof.
